Our meads are truly the tribute to our history as we’ve been making mead for over 5 generations—which is now one of the longest tenures of mead production in the world. During the Holocaust, Bill was tattooed a sequence of six numbers which add up to the number Thirteen. Although, he still endured the brutality and tragedy of concentration camps and death marches; Bill survived the Holocaust. To our family, and especially Bill, the number Thirteen has been our lucky number ever since.
