A careful selection of the best barrels from the 2021 vintage. Oak aged for ten months. Elegant with notes of wild raspberry, black currant, plum jam, cedar and cocoa. Pairs well with roasted game, sharp cheeses, and hearty meals.

The 623 clone is extremely special. The fermentation always reminds us of raspberry slushies and the Loire Valley. 2021 really proved how beautiful this clone is. Macerated on skins for six weeks. This Cabernet Franc is like a crossover of our winemaker, Rachel’s time in Loire Valley with the Cabernet her grandfather used to produce.
