This wine is named in honor of the relationship of our co-founders, Bill and Lois. It is also recalls the biblical verse, “Come my beloved, let us go down to the vineyard to see if the vines have budded, there will I give you my love.”

This dry and scintillating white wine was a co-fermented (meaning that all of the varieties in the blend were fermented together opposed to being blended once the wine was finished) blend of 70% Chardonnay, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Vidal Blanc. Creating a harmonious blend, it shows nuances of nectarine, citrus and white flowers. A wine to enjoy with loved ones on any occasion.
