Named for its stoic and wise nature, as well as its propensity to age, this wine's stage is the dinner table. We carefully selected each of the best barrels from the 2021 vintage to create this wine. A blend of 68% Cabernet Franc clone 214, 15% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Franc clone 623, and 8% Malbec. Robust in spirit, Ancestry wine pairs exceptionally well with red meat and pasta dishes.
