Seyval Blanc - A varietal fermented in oak barrels (sur lie) in the European style. Well structured with complex notes of apple and pear. Great with poultry or seafood.

Cabernet Sauvignon - A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet franc and Syrah. Well-balanced, with intense fruit, soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. Aged in French oak barrels. Pairs well with steak or savory barbecue.

Harvest Red - A rich blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chancellor. Aged in oak barrels for a complex taste and toasty bouquet.

Classic Red - Light-bodied blend of Marechal Foch and Leon Millot. A favorite choice for spicy Italian style dishes and pasta.

Johannisberg Riesling - Crafted in the traditional European style, with a delightful apricot/honey bouquet and just a touch of sweetness.
